Taylor Swift granted the wish of any young fan being affected by hearing loss by ending up in her during her tour in Australia over the weekend (ends29Nov15).
The Wildest Dreams singer is Down Under included in her 1989 World Tour, and during her stop by Sydney on Saturday (28Nov15), Taylor came face-to-face with 12-year-old Jorja Hope, who has been diagnosed with a disorder that causes progressive inner-ear hearing problems. According to local newspaper the Maitland Mercury, Jorja's first concern upon receiving the life-changing new was she wouldn't be competent to hear Taylor sing. Soon after, Jorja's twin sister Choloe launched an internet based campaign called #HelpJorjaMeetTaylorSwiftSydney, and it also caught a person's eye of DJs at Sydney radio station Nova 96.9, who helped put in place a meet-and-greet using the star before they attended the concert. After meeting her idol, Jorja told the Maitland Mercury, "She was very, very amazing and intensely pretty. I didn’t expect her being as tall as she was... It was very, very fun, we danced all night long." "Taylor Swift, she actually is my idol," Jorja added. "She does get yourself a lot of individuals who say she’s bad, but she keeps on going." This is not the first time which the 25-year-old is out with friends of her approach to help among her adoring fans. Back in January (15), she sent a check mark to a fan for $1989 to aid pay towards her student loan fees, during December not too long ago (14), the thoughtful singer wrapped and delivered Christmas presents with a number of mega-fans.
